Hand Book Artist Journal is my preferred sketchbook... it's hard to find it in person without going to a specialty art store so I ordered it online (from dickblick). I ended up buying the 3-pack because I know I'll use it (and I have money to play with anyways :).)
Trying to get into watercolors again (I say this too much!). I think everyone works with watercolors a different way... I like watercolors that have the colors blending into amorphous blobs with gradients and etc? I like wet-on-wet washes a lot, but I'm often too impatient to wait for paint to dry (and that's where I get things wrong). But it's really fun to be see what happens when you use watercolors.
That said I really love Philippa's watercolor art! You are my inspiration, girl!!
